3 For more reliable feed, make sure the flaps lie flat by rubbing with the tip of
a pen.
■ Loading Envelopes
• Load envelopes with the address side facing up (with the flap side facing down).
• You can load up to five envelopes in the sheet feeder.
• Be sure to set the paper thickness lever to the right.
• Set the Media Type to Envelope in the printer driver.
• Do not allow more than five envelopes to stack up in the output tray.
