Fast Ethernet Module Connectors and LEDs
The FEM is available in two models:
• Model CSS5-IOM-8FE contains 8 auto-sensing RJ-45 Fast Ethernet
10/100-Mbps 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX connectors.
• Model CSS5-IOM-16FE contains 16 auto-sensing RJ-45 Fast Ethernet
10/100-Mbps 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX connectors.
Each connector has Link and Duplex LEDs. The LEDs indicate the module and
network status. Figure 2-5 illustrates the LEDs and connectors on the 8-port FEM.
