The following parameters may be configured for the IP (IPv6) filter.
Parameter Description
Access ID (1-128) Enter a unique identifier number for this access. This value can be set from 1 to 128.
Class Specifies the IPv6 Class. Enter a value between 0 255.
Flow Label Specifies the IPv6 Flow Label. Enter a value between 0FFFFF.
Action Select Permit to specify that the packets that match the access profile are forwarded by the
Switch, according to any additional rule added (see below).
Select Deny to specify the packets that match the access profile to be filtered.
Select Mirror to specify that packets that match the access profile are mirrored to a port
defined in the config mirror port command. Port Mirroring must be enabled and a target port
must be set.
Priority (0-7)
Enter a priority value if you want to re-write the 802.1p default priority of a packet to the
value entered in the Priority field, which meets the criteria specified previously in this
command, before forwarding it on to the specified CoS queue. Otherwise, a packet will have
its incoming 802.1p user priority re-written to its original value before being forwarded by the
Switch.
Replace Priority
Enter a replace priority manually if you want to re-write the 802.1p default priority of a packet
to the value entered in the Priority field, which meets the criteria specified previously in this
command, before forwarding it on to the specified CoS queue. Otherwise, a packet will have
its incoming 802.1p user priority re-written to its original value before being forwarded by the
Switch
Replace DSCP
Select this option to instruct the Switch to replace the DSCP value (in a packet that meets
the selected criteria) with the value entered in the adjacent field.
Replace ToS
Precedence
Select this option to instruct the Switch to replace the Type of Service as part of the packet
header.
Class Entering a class will instruct the Switch to examine the class field of the IPv6 header. This
class field is a part of the packet header that is similar to the Type of Service (ToS) or
