Use the Save As feature to save the file in a format that can be
imported into Eclipse FAX SE, or check the application's user's guide
first. The two formats valid for Microsoft Word version 6.0 are: Text
Only and Text Only with Line Breaks.

From the Eclipse FAX SE menu bar, choose
File/Open Phonebook
.
The Phonebook dialog box appears.

In the
Phonebook
box, select an existing phonebook to add the entries
to, or type a new phonebook name and click the
Add
button.

Click the
Import
button. The Open dialog box appears.

In the
Directories
box, select the directory which has the file you want
to import.

In the
List Files of Type
box, select the file type.

The
File Name
box displays the files of the selected type. Choose the
file you want to import.

Click the
OK
button.
