Parallel/USB
You can specify whether to use the parallel port or the USB port. (Default set-
ting: USB)
1 On the Administrator Setting screen, touch [7 Printer Setting].
2 On the Printer Setting screen, touch [3 IEEE 1284/USB].
3 Touch the desired port.

Note
The parallel and USB ports cannot be used simultaneously.
Capture Print Data
You can specify whether to allow or prohibit data capturing of a print job.
(Default setting: Allow)
1 On the Administrator Setting screen, touch [0 Security Setting].

2 On the Security Setting screen, touch [4 Security Details].
3 On the Security Details screen, touch [Print Data Capture].
