Nortel Integrated Conference Bridge Service Implementation Guide
3 Define the ICB conference and chairperson bridge DNs. Refer to Figure 16
on page 58. This step provides the following:
a Main DN for conference ACD groups to access the ICB agents on the
card.
b Conference DNs and Chairperson DNs.
c TUI DN and Assistant DN.
d Single number access conference and chairperson DN.
4 Define the night service route from ACDGRP NSROUTE.
The night service DN assigned in table OFRT allows conference and
chairperson ACDGRPs to route to the ICB card ACD agents. Table
DNROUTE defines the routes.
Figure 17 on page 58 shows an example of
table OFRT routing to 214 997 1400 (ICB DN) assigned in table DNROUTE.
5 Use the following tables and command interfaces (CIs) to datafill the ICB for
single-card configuration:
