Control buttons in address book configuration window
Delete Deletes a selected item from the address book.
Edit Edits the information of a selected item.
Move Moves a selected item to another folder you specify.
Send To Allows you to send an E-mail message with a selected
address.
New... Creates a new folder.
Remove Deletes a selected folder.
Rename Allows you to change a selected folder name.
Backup Allows you to back up the address book information with a
specified file name.
Restore... Allows you to restore the address book information from a
selected backup file.
Compress Allows you to compress the address book. This will
completely remove the deleted items from your address
book and shorten the address book file.
Importing address book Items from another programme
You can import the address book items from Eudora E-mail, Demos E-mail,
MS Outlook, MS mail and news, Comma Separated Values files and DBF
files. Select Import from the Tools menu, then select Address Book....
