Using the address book
The address book can be opened in any place you are dealing with address
information and allows you to retrieve the desired address. For example,
when you create an E-mail message, you can access the address book by
clicking To, Cc, or Bcc button.
1. To select the desired addresses for each field, select an appropriate folder
in the address book and select the desired address, then click To -->
button.
If you add a wrong address, select it and click Refuse button.
If you click Configuration button, the address book configuration
window opens which allows you to store or edit addresses in the address
book.
2. When you finish selecting addresses, click the OK button.
Using address book
Click these buttons to
retrieve addresses
from the address book.
Cc or Bcc field may be
hidden according to the
View menu setting.
