3.3 Dump Mode
In dump mode, data in the receive buffer are printed. Data are expressed in hexadecimal values. This
operation allows the user to verify programming commands or debug the program.
How to Perform a Dump Operation
[PAUSE]
<1>RESET
ON LINE

Press and hold the [RESTART]
key for 3 seconds or longer.

Press the [FEED] key until
<4>DUMP MODE is displayed.
Press the [PAUSE] key to stop printing.
The number of remaining print count
NOTE: When the [PAUSE] key is pressed during printing, the number o
f
remaining print count is displayed.

BUFFER RS-232C
[PAUSE]
Press the [PAUSE] key to enter the dump mode.
Choose a receive buffer to be dumped using the [FEED] or [RESTART]
key.
RS-232C: RS-232C receive buffer
CENTRO: Centronics receive buffer
NETWORK: Network interface receive buffer
BASIC 1: BASIC interpreter (Interface Interpreter buffer)
BASIC 2: BASIC interpreter (Interpreter Printer buffer)
USB: USB receive buffer
RF-ID: RFID receive buffer
Choose a printing method using the [FEED] or [RESTART] key.
ON DEMAND: Prints 166 lines of data (approx. 50cm), then stops.
* To print the subsequent data, choose a printing method
again and press the [PAUSE] key.
ALL: Prints all data in the receive buffer, then stops.
The printer starts printing data in the receive buffer.
A
fter all data has been printed, the display returns to <4>DUMP MODE.
