4. Select a GA-1040 connection from the “Select a PostScript Printer” list, and click
Create.
The AdobePS printer driver automatically selects the correct PPD file for your
GA-1040.
NOTE: You will need to set up each print connection separately. Repeat step 4 for all
enabled connections.
5. In the Chooser list, an icon appears next to the newly installed GA-1040; select it and
click Setup.
6. Click Configure in the dialog box that appears.
7. In the Installable Options dialog box, select the appropriate settings from the pop-up
menus, and click OK.
Pedestal Option
—Not Installed, Pedestal 1, Pedestal 2, Large Capacity Feeder
Finisher Option—Not Installed, Hanging Finisher, Finisher, Saddle Stitch Finisher
Punch Unit—Not Installed, 2 Hole Punch Unit, 2/3 Hole Punch Unit, 4 Hole Punch
Unit (F), 4 Hole Punch Unit (S)
8. Close the Chooser.
