Installing the Wireless LAN card
To install the Wireless LAN card, follow the steps below. (See Figure 4-24.)
CAUTION: Be sure to switch the computer off before installing the wireless LAN card.
Otherwise, the computer or the wireless LAN card may be damaged.
1. Insert the wireless LAN card to the connector on the system board slantwise and
press it to connect firmly.
2. Connect the wireless LAN antenna cables to the connectors on the wireless LAN
card and secure it with the following screw.
• M2×4B BIND screw ×1
3. Install the wireless LAN card cover in place and secure it with the following screw.
(Some models are not equipped with the wireless LAN card cover.)
• M2×4B BIND screw ×1 (For models without wireless LAN card cover)
or
• M2×4B Security torx screw ×1 (For models with wireless LAN card cover)
