To set limits:
SOUR:VOLT:LIM:HIGH <voltage>
SOUR:VOLT:LIM:LOW <voltage>
SOUR:CURR:LIM:HIGH <current>
SOUR:CURR:LIM:LOW <current>
SOUR:POW:LIM:HIGH <power>
SOUR:POW:LIM:LOW <power>
If the high end of the range was set to 5 volts, the command, SOUR:VOLT 10
would return an error.
