Calling the Xerox
Customer Support Center
If you are unable to solve a WorkCentre problem using this
guide or the online Help, call the Xerox Customer Support
Center. Before calling, make sure you have the following
information:
WorkCentre’s serial number, which is located above
the parallel port on the back of the machine
WorkCentre 400c Series Software and firmware
version, which is specified in the About box
Windows operating system version (Windows 95,
Windows 3.1, or Windows 3.11)
Amount of memory in your PC
Information about the problem, including the steps
taken to create the problem, any error messages, and
the expected behavior.
