14.1 Introduction
Principle of Desktop integration
The desktop integration allows to manage different sources on the iQ Pro desktop itselfi.e. in the Windows XP
TM
environment. The
video and/or data windows are shown on top of the desktop and can be compared to Windows
TM
Media Player interfaces.
Each source can be placed in a window (by simply selecting the source) and looks like a Media Player
TM
window, which can be
manipulated in the same way as a window in the iQ OSD interface i.e. performing different operations like resizing, positioning, ...

The window surrounding the source is called the Window decoration and can be removed via the window control menu (right click
on the window ). This menu contains several shortcuts to the iQPro start menu functions.
