MAKING COPIES

Using the document guide on the left, center the document face down
on the glass platten.

Press Copy.

As needed, use the Copy keys to change the Contrast,
Document Type, and Enlarge/Reduce settings.

Using the dial pad, enter the number of copies you want (up to 99).

Wait five seconds—OR—Press Copy again.
If You Get a Memory Full Message
If the memory becomes full while you are scanning a document to be
copied the screen displays

COPY TO COPY
STOP TO ABORT
If you were scanning the first page to be copied, press Stop to cancel the
operation and restart to make a single copy. If you were scanning a
subsequent page, you’ll have the option to press Copy to copy the pages
scanned so far ––OR— press Stop to cancel.
You’ll need to clear some fax message to make some additional memory
available before you can continue.
To gain extra memory, you can turn off Fax Storage (see chapter 8)—
OR—Print fax message in memory (see chapter 6).
