Part 10
Memory
This part of the manual tells you how to store text and layout data in memory for instant
recall when you want it. You can store approximately 326 characters of text in memory.
Storing Data
You cannot store two copies of identical data in memory at the same time. If you try to, one
of the copies will be discarded automatically.
To store data into memory
1. Input the data you want to store.
2. Press MEMORY.
3. Use K and L to highlight STORE, and press SET.
• This message tells you how much memory is used
for data storage.
4. Press SET to store the data.
• If there is not enough room in memory to store the data, the message MEMORY FULL!
appears on the display. In this case, make your new data item smaller (by deleting some
of its text), or make room for the new data by deleting items already stored in memory
that you no longer need.
Recalling Data
When you recall data, you can specify whether it is to be used as a new data item or in
combination with text you have input.
