Inputs a block mark.
Deletes the character to the left of the cursor and shifts characters to
the left.
Shift locks the keyboard for input of upper-case characters.
Unshifts the keyboard for input of lower-case characters.
Causes the code indicator to appear on the display. The next
key operation inputs special punctuation or character (if available).
Deletes the character at the cursor location and shifts characters to
the left.
Moves highlighting in a menu down.
