Description/Purpose: The tag contains the Nature of Address (NOA) value from the egress protocol message used in the
outbound IAM.The NOA value in this tag is from the ingress protocol message. If no B number NOA is available
(redirected to an unknown number) but an original called number Information Element (IE) is available in the protocol
message, then the NOA from the IE is logged, and this can be modified for number normalization.
