GRATICULE Display graticule
In this function you either switch the display graticule
on or off. In doing this, you are able to directly read off
the echo positions and heights.
Operation:
– Highlight the left function group in the left function
table with JC.
– Enable or disable GRATICULE with M. The
currently active setting is displayed.
AMPLITUDE Amplitude display
In this function you determine how the amplitude of the
highest echo is to be displayed in the gate. This ap-
pears in the measurement line as an “H = ...”-value.
You have the following possibilities:
• % Screen HT: A percentage of the screen height
• dB THRESHOLD: (dB REF not active) expressed as
a dB difference relative to the gate threshold
• dB THRESHOLD: (dB REF active) expressed as a
dB difference relative to the stored reference echo
amplitude
Operation:
