Activating menu changes, Performing self test, or
Restoring factory defaults
What this light sequence means:
The printer is activating changes made to the printer menu
settings or values.
The printer is performing a self test.
The printer is restoring the factory default printer settings. All
downloaded resources (fonts, macros, symbol sets) in printer
memory will be deleted.
All lights on the operator panel
cycle (lights blink in sequence
one at a time from the top to the
bottom, and then the cycle starts
again).
What you can do:
Activating menu changes: Wait for the message to clear.
Self test: Wait as the printer powers on and enters the Ready
state as shown by the Ready/Data light being on.
Restoring factory defaults: Wait for the message to clear.
Invalid network code
What this light sequence means:
The code in the internal print server has not been programmed or
the programmed code is invalid.
What you can do:
Download valid network code. The Ready or Busy message will not
return until valid network code is downloaded.
Warning: Do not turn the printer off while this message is
displayed.
