Short paper
What this light sequence means:
• The print media length is too short to print the formatted data.
• The printer does not know the print media size loaded in the tray.
• There is a problem feeding the print media.
What you can do:
• Press and release Continue to clear the message and continue
printing. The printer does not automatically reprint the page that
prompted the message.
• Make sure the Paper Size setting in the printer driver is correct
for the size paper you are using. If MP Feeder Size is set to
Universal, make sure your paper is large enough for the
formatted data.
• Press and release Cancel to cancel the print job.
• Press and hold Cancel to reset the printer.
• Change the user default tray size in the Local Printer Setup
Utility. See Using the Local Printer Setup Utility for more
information.
Font error
What this light sequence means:
The printer has received a request for a font that is not installed.
What you can do:
• Set Best Fit to On in the Local Printer Setup Utility or MarkVision
so the printer performs a search to find a similar font. For more
information, see Using the Local Printer Setup Utility.
• Press and release Cancel to cancel the print job.
• Press and hold Cancel to reset the printer.
• Press and release Continue to clear the message and continue
printing.
