7.6 Machine troubleshooting
ATTENTION
At no time should a guard, panel, cabinet, door or cover be removed by an
operator for troubleshooting purpose ( not even trained operators ). Only
qualified GBC service technicians may perform any troubleshooting
where internal components must be checked.
WARNING
WARNING: Always exercise Lock out/ Tag out procedures when performing any
type of troubleshooting to avoid injury to yourself, others and to the equipment.
ELECTRICAL
SHOCK
Do not remove or modify any guards, covers or enclosures. Contact with any
moving parts or/ and electrical voltage can result in injury or death!
(1) Symptom: The machine cannot be started with the START button
Possible causes: – Check whether the main switch is in the “ON” position on the distributor.
– Check for red and green digits on the temperature regulator indicating correct
power.
– Check for a green light in the start button.
