Changing Printer Configurations
In order to properly configure the printer, it is important that you
have a current configuration printout, as described previously. From
this printout, determine which parameters you need to change for
the printer to operate correctly with the host computer, or your
specific applications.
To change printer settings such as paper length, emulation, and
host I/O interface, do the following steps:
Step Press LCD Message
1. Place the printer offline. OFFLINE
PAPER CONTROL
2. Unlock the ENTER key. ENTER SWITCH
UNLOCKED
3. Scroll through the menu until
you reach the appropriate
menu.

4. Select the menu to access
available parameters or
submenus.

5. Scroll through the submenus or
parameters until you reach the
one you want.
HOST INTERFACE

6. Select this submenu parameter
to access the value options.

7. Scroll through the submenu
options until you reach the
desired value.
