Problem Point to check Solution
Dialling is not
possible.
Is the extension phone connected? Check the telephone line socket, the extension phone
socket, the wall socket, and any extension adapters to
make sure that all connections are secure.
You cannot talk to the
other party.
Did you dial using the speaker? When you dial using the speaker, you will be able to
hear the voice of the other party, but he or she will not
hear your voice. Use the extension phone. (When the
extension phone is not installed, you cannot talk to the
other party.)
