Connecting External Speakers
You can enhance the sound quality of your notebook by connecting external
speakers (not supplied).
To connect external speakers
1 Verify that your speakers are designed for notebook use, and turn down the
volume of the speakers.
2 Locate the Headphone jack on the right panel of the notebook, and plug
the speaker cable (supplied with speakers) connector into this jack.
Do not place floppy disks on the speakers; the speakers’ magnetic field may
damage the data on the floppy disks.
