Getting job information
The printer’s front panel includes an
Info
buttonthat provides the following
information for a particular print job:
■
Printer Name
■
User Name
■
Print Server
■
IP Address of your printer
■
Job Name
To access this information, follow these steps:
1.
Press the
Info
button on the front panel.
The printer displays the first message.
2.
Press
More
to view each of the subsequent messages.
The
Info
button also provides important information when the printer
requires user interaction. Refer to “Printer information” on page 8-5 for
details.
