Wireless LAN Manager
The Wireless LAN Manager enables you to control some power manage-
ment settings and also enable you to gather information on the Wireless
LAN adapter. To get the status of the Wireless LAN Manager, tap the
Wireless LAN Indicator icon on the navigation bar, and then tap the Info
link.
You can also launch the Wireless LAN Manager by tapping Start, Set-
tings, System, then Wireless LAN Manager.

• Link Quality
The Link Quality tab shows the quality of wireless LAN signal.
• Link Information
The Link Information tab shows some information about your wireless
LAN adapter.
■ SSID: Displays the SSID currently connected to the access point
or 802.11 ad hoc network.
■ Channel: The number of the channel being used by the access
point or 802.11 ad hoc network.
■ Tx Rate: Displays the transmission rate used.
