Shortcuts To create a shortcut on your desktop to a disc, folder or launch
object, right-click the item and select Create Shortcut on Desktop.
Finding Discs and
Launch Objects
To find specific discs, folders or launch objects within AXIS StorPoint DISCO,
click Tools | Find Discs and Launch Objects... in Windows Explorer.
To find a file on a disc, right-click the disc and select Find Files on this Disc...
Note: ❏ You cannot search the entire network for specific files.

DISCO Settings
To specify the program settings, click File | AXIS StorPoint DISCO Settings.
Note: ❏ The dialog contents depends on which version of the AXIS StorPoint
DISCO you are running. The example above shows the server version.
Automatic Searches AXIS StorPoint DISCO can automatically scan the network in order to detect
the most recently attached storage servers and inserted discs.
To specify how often you want AXIS StorPoint DISCO to perform automatic
searches:
1. Click File | AXIS StorPoint DISCO Settings.
2. Open the Disc Search page, and fill in the desired values for automatic
searches.
3. Click OK.
Note: ❏ This function is not available in the client version.
