Move the carriage manually when it is out of its normally parked
position.
Move it to the right or left edge of the carriage rail before attempting to
remove the media.

Raise the paper release lever.

Hold the jammed sheet by the left and right edges and pull it toward
you, then cut it where the printing ends or where it is wrinkled.
