An error displayed in the BJ Status Monitor?
When an error occurs, the BJ Status Monitor screen opens.
The Print Status tab displays a short description of the error and other infor-
mation about the print job. Click the Guide tab to display instructions on
how to solve the problem.
For problems that require more than one step in correcting the problem,
click the Next button to see the next screen, or click the Back button to see
the previous screen.
