Note:
1. CICS provides a list of named standard attribute bytes that you
may want to use. These standard attribute bytes are contained
within DFHBMSCA, which must be copied into your program. For
programming information, including a list of the attribute bytes
and their meanings, refer to BMS-related constants, in the CICS
Application Programming Reference manual.
2. The high-order bit must be set on in the last address, to indicate
to EDF that this is the last address.
