8.2.2 Defrosting
Three different defrost procedures can be selected:
• Automatic defrost I
• Automatic defrost II
• Manual defrost
Automatic defrost I
This defrost cycle takes place automatically once every 24 hours. The
defrost cycle itself is mandatory, i.e. cannot be deactivated by the user,
while the start time of the cycle is freely selectable. For further informa-
tion, refer to chapter 6.5.1.
Automatic defrost II
Where the automatic defrost I is not sufficient (high humidity, high ambi-
ent temperature), automatic defrost II must be activated in addition. For
further information, refer to chapter 6.5.1.
Manual defrost
This defrost cycle can be activated manually as needed and starts
immediately. For further information, refer to chapter 6.4.3.
