Checking for Optional Formats
If you are not sure whether you have optional formats, here is
how to check.
1. Turn the printer On and press to go to the Main
Menu.
2. Press until you see Batch Entry.
3. Press .
4. Press or until you see Permanent.
5. Press .
If you see
No formats!
Press Enter._
then your printer is not equipped with optional formats.
Press to continue.
