Jam 1 Possible Cause Correction
Paper from the paper tray
jams between the paper
tray and the transfer drum.
Too many sheets of paper are
in the paper tray.
Put the proper number of
sheets of paper in the tray.
The paper guides do not guide
the paper properly.
Adjust the paper guides to the
paper size.
Paper from a previous paper
jam is caught inside of the
