10. Machine Status
The Tools tab
Regular users have limited access to Setup features on the Tools
tab. The System Administrator login enables additional tools,
which are described in chapter 8 of the System Administration
Guide.
Create Mailbox
A Mailbox is a storage area where you can store copied and
scanned documents. Users can create mailboxes that all users
can access and mailboxes with Mailbox Passcodes for personal
use.

Stored Programming
To enhance productivity, a series of programming steps can be
saved with the Stored Programming feature.

Create New Job Flow Sheet
A Job Flow Sheet contains saved job settings. When a Job Flow
Sheet is assigned to a mailbox, the job settings are applied to the
jobs that are in the mailbox.
