Gathering Statistics To monitor ethernet statistics on your 24-Port module, you must attach
the CoreBuilder 5000 Ethernet Network Monitor Card to the network
you wish to monitor. This card enables you to individually select and
monitor each backplane segment of your hub. Figure 3-7
provides
more detail on the location and installation of the card. For more
details on the installation, refer to the documentation that
accompanied the CoreBuilder 5000 Ethernet Network Monitor Card.

Monitoring the
Network
Once the monitor card is attached to the 24-Port module, it is possible
to monitor the network using the following commands:

■ Show Counter
