½ The MultiPASS L60 then begins scanning the document into memory and
dials the number:
TX
After a few seconds, the display shows the number of pages it has
scanned:
SCANNING P.001
The display then shows the transaction number for the fax. This is a
unique number the MultiPASS L60 assigns to the document, and is used
to identify the document in transaction reports:
TX/RX NO. 0002
The display continues to show these three displays in order while the fax is
sending.
½ When the MultiPASS L60 finishes sending the fax, the display shows the
TRANSMITTING OK message:
TRANSMITTING OK
If an error occurs during sending, the MultiPASS L60 will print out an error
report. If this happens, try sending the fax again. See ”Faxing Problems” on page
11-21 for details about errors.
