Deleting a Document Stored in Memory
Follow this procedure to delete a document from memory.
1. Press FUNCTION, then MEMORY REF.

2. Press START/COPY.

3. Use or to select the TX/RX number of the document you want to delete.

½ If you are not sure of the TX/RX number of the document you want to
delete, print the list of documents stored in memory. See page 6-37 for
details.
4. Press START/COPY.

5. Press
*
to delete the fax, or # to cancel deleting.
½ If you press #, the unit returns to step 3.
6. Press STOP to return to standby mode.
