Fax/Phone Characters
Whenever entering or setting up a fax or phone number in the Desktop
Manager—when sending a PC fax, setting up an entry in the Address
Book, or making a phone call—you use only the following characters.
Character Description
0 to 9 * # + Dialling digits
, p Pause
P Last Pause
TTone switch over function
. DT detection function
R PSTN/PBX switchover function
MMercury function (U.K. only)
- ( ) Space Display-only characters. Space cannot
be used at the beginning of a number.
