Interface cable
The cable used to create the interface between a printer and a computer.
Interface port
The MultiPASS L60 comes with one Centronics, 8-bit, bi-directional parallel
interface port, located on the back of the unit. You attach the cable that connects
your computer and MultiPASS L60 to this port.

Jack
The telephone receptacles on your wall or on your MultiPASS L60 used to
connect the MultiPASS L60 to the telephone line, answering machine, optional
handset, or telephone.

Manual receiving
A method of receiving faxes in which you answer all incoming calls using the
handset. If you hear a slow beep it indicates an incoming fax transmission from
another machine. Just press the START/COPY button to receive the incoming
fax.
Manual redialling
When you use regular dialling, you can redial a number manually simply by
pressing the REDIAL/PAUSE button on the operation panel. The last number
called is the number redialled.
Memory broadcast
Allows you to send a scanned fax to as many as 117 locations at once, using a
combination of one-touch speed dialling, coded speed dialling, and regular
dialling.
Memory sending
Scans a document into memory before the MultiPASS L60 dials the number(s)
and sends it. This method allows you to retrieve your original document
immediately after scanning.
