In the printer properties dialog box and the printing preferences dialog box, you can specify the
printer driver settings and set up the printer configuration.
Accessing the Printer Properties Dialog Box from Application
Software
If you access the printer properties dialog box from application software, the specified settings
are available for the current print job.

In the application software, select [Print] to display the [Print] dialog
box.

Select your printer from the drop-down list box ➞ click [Properties].
