Click the [Overlay] tab ➞ select [Create a Form File] under [Processing
Method].

Enter a file name in [File Name]➞ click [OK].

Click [OK] in the [Page Setup] sheet.

Click [OK] in the [Print] dialog box.
The document is now stored as a form file in the printer.
The form file does not print out at creation.
