8 In the Gateway address fields, type the IP address of a gateway on
this subnet.
For External interfaces, enter the IP address of the router that
provides access to the Internet.
9 In the Reachable Subnet fields, type a starting IP address and subnet
mask to define a subnet.
Packets received by the ANG are statically routed to the gateway you
specified. To forward all packets to the gateway when there is no
other reachable next hop address for a packet, enter an address of
0.0.0.0 and a subnet mask of 0.0.0.0.
CAUTION
Configuring a default static route (0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0) on the Tru sted interface
of the ANG disables Intelligent Client Routing. Refer to Intelligent
Client Routing on page 31 for more information.
