Cleaning the Paper Path Rollers
If paper is not feeding properly, and changing the paper doesn’t help, the
paper path rollers may be dirty. Follow these steps to clean the paper path
rollers:
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Pull out the multipurpose tray on the right side of the printer.
3. Locate the two gray rollers on the left side.
4. Wipe the upper side of the rollers gently with a clean dampened cloth.
5. Push in the paper tray.
