2. Insert the paper in the printer as shown. The right edge of
the paper should be against the right edge guide:
3. Slide the left edge guide next to the left edge of the paper.
4. Follow the instructions in the next sections to print your
banner on either a Windows computer or a Macintosh.
Printing a Banner from Windows
Follow these steps to print a banner or other custom-size
document on a Windows computer:
1. Create the document in your word processor or other
application software. You can create a banner in either
portrait or landscape orientation.
2. Click the print icon or choose
Print or Print Setup from
the File menu. You see a printing dialog box.
3. Make sure your printer is selected, and then click the
Printer, Setup, Properties, or Options button. (You may
have to click a combination of these buttons.) You see the
Main printer settings dialog box, as shown on page 1-2.
