a comments section. The
format section gives the ASCII, decimal, and hexadecimal codes for the
command. The comments section describes the effect of the command
and gives any additional information

ASCII:
the sequence in standard ASCII characters
Decimal:
the sequence in decimal numbers
Hexadecimal: the sequence in hexadecimal numbers
