Purpose Sets the default PCL line spacing.
Notes Both the %%IncludeFeature:linesperinch and
%%IncludeFeature:linesperpage DOC commands affect
PCL’s default VMI (vertical motion index). In the event that both
are specified, the linesperpage DOC command is ignored.
