3. For Solaris, determine the process ID for inetd by entering the following
command:
ps -ef | grep inetd
Then force inetd to re-read the inetd.conf file that you modified in Step 1 on
page 57 by giving the following command:
kill -HUP process_id

inetd(1M), inetd.conf(4M), ps(1M) and kill.
