Paper Specifications
The following table summarizes the basic paper specifications. Details are given on the following
pages.

When using paper thinner than 64 g/m

or thicker than 90 g/m
2
with this printer, be sure to make
the proper setting (given below) for that paper on the Paper type menu found on the Mode
Select Menu.
Thin: Paper 64 g/m

or less
Normal: 64 to 90 g/m
2
Thick: 90 g/m
2
or more
Extra thick: OHP sheets, postcards, or other special paper.
Note that depending on the properties of the paper the appropriate mode may differ from that
given above. Use the setting that gives the best print quality.
