Open the Document Guide Plates.

Load the document pages to be
copied face up.

Adjust the Document Guide Plates
to fit the size of the document.

Have the necessary precautions
been observed when loading
the document?
➜ A maximum of 50 document
pages can be loaded.
➜ Do not load so many pages that
the top of the stack is higher than the mark.
➜ Be sure to adjust the Document Guide Plates so that they are
against the edges of the document, otherwise the document may
not be fed in straight.

Press the [Original] key until the
“Mixed Orig.” indicator lights up.
